If you are planning a trip to Batumi, I invite you to stay in the apartments I rent out. On the 26th floor, you will find a rock-shaped bed and a jacuzzi on the balcony with a stunning view. This is not just accommodation; it’s a creative project into which I’ve poured my soul.
Every detail here has been carefully thought out. The rock bed and the wall behind it are the result of sculptors’ work, while the large mural on the wall is the creation of a talented local artist. All the furniture was handcrafted to emphasize the unique spirit of this space.
The apartment is perfect for couples seeking romance (which is why I chose dark, muted colors) and inspiration. The space has already caught the attention of local photographers who rent it as a shooting location. Why not capture a few unforgettable shots here yourself?
The building is located in a quiet area, yet the beach is just a 2-minute walk away. Nearby, you’ll also find two large shopping malls, the city's biggest casino, and the Seaside Boulevard.

Why it’s convenient here
Check-in without meeting
The door has an electronic lock: you get the code in advance and check in on your own any time after 3 pm. No waiting for the host, no calls, no arranging a meeting. In Batumi this is still rare.
A real workplace
A proper desk, a comfortable computer chair and Wi-Fi. Work for a couple of hours or for your whole trip. Short-term rentals almost never have this.
Jacuzzi on a 26th-floor balcony
A hot tub in the open air among tropical plants, with views of the city and the mountains. Especially good in the evening.
Everything nearby
200 m to the beach and the Seaside Boulevard, 100 m to the shopping mall, shops right in the building. And yet the neighbourhood is quiet.

One of the best apartments I rented in Batumi. The apartment has absolutely all amenities, the kitchen is simply beautiful, with quality dishes and all appliances. Nice view from the 26th floor to the sea, the city, the mountains. The host is very responsive!

Perfect Jacuzzi, boiling water with a strong jet, always an air conditioner that freezes. I enjoyed every moment. It was quiet at night. Complete soundproofing. I will come back again.
